Daniel Farhadi is a Ground Handling Instructor with over 15 years of frontline experience in ramp operations, load control, and airport safety procedures. He began his aviation career in 2009 as a Ramp Agent and quickly advanced into roles involving aircraft turnaround coordination, baggage and cargo operations, and ground support equipment (GSE) supervision.

After years of managing high-pressure apron environments, Daniel moved into training in 2017, focusing on grooming new staff and upskilling experienced ramp teams. He specializes in areas such as weight and balance fundamentals, dangerous goods handling, aircraft marshalling, safety management systems (SMS), and human factors in ground operations. His instructional style is clear, disciplined, and based on real operational scenarios to ensure every trainee can apply procedures accurately on the ramp.

Daniel works closely with airport operations and safety departments to align training with international standards, including IATA AHM, ISAGO, and ICAO ground operations guidelines. He has led multiple safety improvement workshops and contributed to reducing ramp incidents through targeted training programs.

Outside the training center, he mentors newcomers to the industry, conducts GSE safety audits, and participates in airport community outreach events. Daniel’s commitment to operational discipline and safety-focused teaching continues to strengthen ground handling standards across every team he trains.
