Course Overview
A focused pilot training programme that develops the skills required to operate safely and effectively in a multi‑crew environment with emphasis on crew coordination, decision‑making and teamwork.
Prerequisites
Valid ICAO multiengine pilot licence with instrument rating and ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
Modules & Curriculum
Includes crew resource management, decision making, task management, use of checklists, team member support in normal/abnormal/emergency situations and multi‑crew environment safety operations.
Assessment Method
Ongoing evaluation during ground and simulator sessions culminating in issuance of a completion certificate upon satisfactory performance.
License/Certification
MCC Course Completion Certificate showing proficiency in multi crew cooperation competencies; not a licence but often required for type ratings.
