A competency-based ab-initio training programme approved by CAAS that prepares cadets to become airline-ready pilots capable of operating multi-crew air transport aircraft by integrating airline procedures, CRM, TEM, simulator and flight training throughout the curriculum.
Minimum 18 years old, Class 1 medical, English language proficiency (ICAO Level 4 or above), successful airline or programme selection (sponsorship required).
Four phases covering CAAS ATPL theory (14 subjects), core flight skills, basic and intermediate multi-crew procedures with CRM and TEM, and advanced airline-oriented operations including type training and SOP familiarisation.
Continuous competency-based evaluation against Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes (KSA) standards in theory, simulators and aircraft phases; final checks ensure cadet readiness for airline environment.
