A specialised intensive programme (Multi‑Crew Cooperation Instructor – MCCi) designed to train experienced pilots to teach and assess Multi‑Crew Cooperation (MCC) courses in simulator environments for airline‑oriented flight crews.
Must hold or have held a CPL (A), MPL (A) or ATPL (A) licence and have at least 1,500 hours of flight experience in multipilot operations.
Includes teaching/learning methodology (about 25 h), simulator‑related technical training, and practical MCC simulator instruction under supervision.
Ongoing evaluation through practical demonstration of instructional skills, simulator‑based instruction performance, and supervisory assessments during the practical MCC sessions.
