Course Overview

A one-year adaptation course that allows experienced commercial pilots to convert their professional experience and ATPL qualifications into the official Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Aviation Pilot and Air Operations recognised across the European Higher Education Area.

Prerequisites

Valid ATPL (airline transport pilot licence), at least 1,500 flight hours (for recognition of professional experience), and documentation for equivalence to university diploma standards.

Modules & Curriculum

Coursework comprising academic subjects to complete remaining ECTS credits toward the degree (typical subjects include business, operations, finance, aviation history, and Final Degree Project) based on recognised credits and experience.

Assessment Method

Continuous assessment, coursework activities, and a compulsory final degree project analysing real professional aviation-related scenarios.

License/Certification

Official Bachelor’s Degree (Grado) in Commercial Aviation Pilot and Air Operations from the University of Salamanca upon successful completion.
