Airbus Flight Academy Europe has managed its own fleet operations including line and base maintenance, CAMO, and supply chain for Grob 120 aircraft used by the French Air Force at Cognac since 2006. Since 2012, it has also provided similar services for the Embraer Xingu fleet supporting military transport pilot training at Avord and the French Navy at Lann Bihoué.
The academy offers base maintenance and airworthiness management for Cirrus owners, along with on-site technical services such as radio instrument testing and validation flights. Its Operations Department conducts acceptance and ferry flights and other aeronautical expertise missions.
It maintains over 100 aircraft daily in a secure, modern environment, including a 30-aircraft Cirrus SR20 and SR22 fleet supporting the French Air Academy and Navy. It also manages CAP10, D140, and HK36 fleets and has delivered more than 500,000 flight hours to the French armed forces. Additionally, it provides and supports FNPT-II simulators for CPL IR training, helping replace flight hours with simulator time.
